What you get

The book gives you the method. This notebook removes the obstacle that would stop you practicing it, and it does not repeat a single line of the book.
To work on your way of drawing, you need an already accurate drawing at hand, and making a drawing accurate takes time. So every session would start with an hour that has nothing to do with what you want to work on.
This notebook contains thirty drawings already searched, one per page, printed in a very pale gray at the exact state where the first moment of the book ends. Every line is there, not one is chosen, and the proportions will not move: they are printed. All you have to do is put down the chosen strokes.
Facing each one, a blank page to draw the same subject again without the model, the next day. Five series that rise in difficulty, one success criterion per page, a date box, and the cross-reference to the lesson in the book that works on it. The book is read once, this notebook wears out.
