These Terms of Sale govern the sales of digital products (books, guides, templates and video courses) made by The Pencil Method through this site, to anyone consulting it (the "Customer").
The products are published and sold by DigiGrowth Solutions Inc., a company incorporated in Canada (579D - 2967 Dundas St. W., Toronto, ON M6P 1Z2, Canada), trading under The Pencil Method brand. Contact: contact@thepencilmethod.com.
The products offered are educational leisure content intended for learning to draw. They are provided as digital files (PDF) and as online video courses. They in no way constitute a guarantee of artistic results, which depend on each person's practice.
Prices are shown in US dollars, taxes included where applicable. The Pencil Method reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applied is the one in effect at the time of the order.
The order is confirmed after payment, made by credit card or via PayPal through a secure payment provider. No banking data is stored by The Pencil Method.
The book and the digital guides are delivered immediately after payment, by email and by download link. Access to the video courses is sent by email, immediately after payment.
In accordance with our commercial guarantee, the Customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, on simple request by email, without having to justify it. The Customer keeps access to the files already downloaded.
All content (text, templates, videos) is protected by copyright. The Customer benefits from a personal, non-exclusive right of use. Any reproduction, resale or public distribution is prohibited.

At checkout the Customer may, optionally, provide a mobile number. It is used to send one single text message confirming the order, and to answer the Customer if they reply to it. The number is never required to buy, is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and the Customer may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. In the event of any difficulty, the Customer is invited to write to in order to seek an amicable solution before taking any action. These Terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario (Canada), without depriving the Customer of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
