We collect only what an order requires: first name, last name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number. Payment card details are never collected nor stored by us: they are handled directly by our payment providers.
Your email address is used to deliver your purchase and to answer you. Your phone number, when you provide it, is used for one single purpose: to text you a confirmation of your order, and to answer you if you reply to that message.
Providing a mobile number is optional and is never required to buy. You receive one message per order. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them, and HELP to get assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and messaging consent are never sold, rented or transferred. They are shared only with the technical providers strictly needed to send the message on our behalf.
Only the service providers we need in order to operate: our payment providers, our email and messaging providers, and our hosting provider. Each of them acts on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Order data is kept for as long as required by accounting obligations. You may ask for your data to be corrected or deleted at any time by writing to us.
You may access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and object to its use, by writing to contact@thepencilmethod.com. We answer every request.
